Hello!
My name is, Lachlan. It’s nice to meet you.
Get to know me in 10(ish) scrolls.
Give me a buzz for more.

I’m a strategic leader specialising in brand-led transformation.
For the last 4 years I was the Head of Transformation for Anomaly across Europe.
Before this I ran the Strategy Department at R/GA London
I help companies create new value across their ecosystem. By combining brand strategy, customer centricity and ecosystem thinking I lead, design and develop strategies to create mutual value for customers and for business.
I help companies see that brand strategy belongs at the core of a business strategy. Demonstrating how it can be the connective tissue to bring together product, market, experience, innovation, employee experience and more. A central unifying story can act as a force to create greater efficiency, effectiveness and to identify new opportunities and act on them fast.

I wield both stories and systems
When we can meet people’s needs in a way that moves culture, businesses win. When we bring humanity to digital experiences and create connected-stories built to travel through culture we unlock the full potential of your brand to create unmatched competitive advantages. When we understand what it takes for people to embrace change and work together we can design and deliver new models of success to unlock new growth in a way that lasts.
My ability to bring together multiple strategic approaches, disciplines and crafts means I actually deliver integration, not just talk about it.
Rethink / Transform / Invent / Launch / Sustain / Learn / Adapt
My breadth of skills and experience means I can follow something through from its beginning as a business challenge all the way through to a product / service, brand strategy, communications and campaigns and then bring it into the world to make it a part of culture.

I love orchestrating unique combinations of people and processes to push what’s possible
(I’m also a big fan of alliteration)
I welcome everyone into the sandpit, and together we play our way forwards

I think out loud, I draw a lot and look for the fun in everything
And I find the right balance between organised and open to move at pace and stay focused
(you have to let some chaos in to find the interesting stuff, but strategy shouldn’t mean slow and complicated)

You can find me doodling on post-its, filling up a whiteboard, or building together in a bunch of collaborative tools*
*The proper use of AI, Slack, Google docs, Notion, Otter and a whole bunch of other creative collaboration tools gives teams creative superpowers.
All I really need is an intriguing problem to solve and a diverse bunch of interesting people to run at it.
